    • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

    • Customized or special-order items.
    • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
  3. Refund Process
    • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items delivered).
  4. Exchanges
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
